Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs)
Specific Learning Disorders are neurological conditions that affect a person’s ability to acquire and use academic skills such as reading (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphia) or mathematics (dyscalculia). This is despite the person having average or above-average intelligence.
At Sellick Psychology, we will soon offer comprehensive assessments to identify SLDs in children, adolescents and adults.
Our assessments are designed to uncover the underlying learning difficulties, provide a clear diagnosis and deliver practical, evidence-based recommendations for support at school, university, or in the workplace.
By understanding each individual’s unique learning profile, Selleck Psychology aim to empower them with the tools and strategies they need to reach their full potential.
